It’s the day everyone starts to act careless..
It’s Friday! (Yesss my favorite “F” word)
Now I tend to notice that Friday is the day that everyone seems to forget about their “diet” (ew-hate that word) or in other words, they tend to eat a bit more junk food and fill their plate up a bit more than their usual days.
Now I’m not saying that’s a bad thing! If we eat normally and healthy through out the week, then why not leave the “bad” for a Friday or Saturday? However, we should still have a bit of thought into what we are eating even if you decide to be “laid back” about it for the weekend.
For example: if you know you’ll be out tonight with for a big dinner or you know your going out drinking and partying, then try to be smart about what your eating throughout your day.
In picture example: instead of pizza, I went for a grilled chicken wrap with mozzarella, roasted peppers and balsamic vinegar. On the side, a ceaser salad instead of fries. It’s still very satisfying and filling for whatever my Friday night will bring 😉
