You should eat your recommended serving of fruits each day-but if your anything like me, I over due it sometimes..
-I’ll have fruit with my breakfast
-I’ll have fruit as a snack
-I’ll have fruit before lunch/dinner
-I’ll have fruit when I’m thirsty
The point is: I’ll have fruit throughout the day, but I most definitely have way more then the recommended amount. According to “choose-my-plate,” women and men (19-30 years old) should have about two cups of fruit. When I read two cups, I thought, how little! However this is for “individuals who get less than half an hour of physical activity. That was a relief because I eat way past two cups of fruits but I am very active throughout the day.
Fruits are filled with nutrition and vitamins. They are 100% natural sugar and filled with water. But is eating too much fruit bad? They say too much of anything is bad for you, but if fruit is suppose to be very good for you, can something too good, be bad when consuming a lot of it? Hmm…
