So I have been going back and forth on trying different Greek yogurts. I know that the original, plain,
no taste ones are the best for you but I need a little flavor in my life;) hehe so as I am strolling through shoprite, I noticed these new “light&fit” GREEK yogurt for only 80 calories and 12 grams of PROTEIN! On top of that it’s only 7 grams of sugar. I thought that was a dream come true! Haha.
The cherry on top of it all is that this new Greek yogurt comes in all these different flavors such as:
Toasted coconut vanilla
It does NOT leave a bitter after taste like your original plain Greek yogurt! I add almonds to this as well for a little extra crunch and nutrition!
